Is my Righteous Relentless shirt men's or women's sizing?
All Righteous Relentless shirts, hats and hoodies, etc. are adult unisex sizings.
How Long Does It Takes To Get My Order?
All orders may take 3-7 business days to process and ship. If your order takes more than 3 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost or you can choose a store credit, courtesy of Righteous Relentless. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed. All orders are shipped out Monday and Thursday.
How Long Does It Takes If I Pre-Order An Item?
PRE ORDERS: IF ITEM IS A PRE ORDER they are made to each order, meaning it can take up to 1-3 weeks for production and shipping. Once it arrives at our headquarters it will be shipped out within 1-3 business days of their arrival. This is very helpful to small businesses and ensures everyone gets a chance.] We appreciate your patience in support! Manufacturers require all of the orders to be placed at once. What About International Orders?
For International shipping please allow an additional 7-24 business days.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays will be delayed and processed on the next business day. If there's any reason that Righteous Relentless is closed the next business day, we will notify you via email, SMS (VIP list), or social media.
My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
USPS or UPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office or UPS store.
Shipping Address Issues
RIGHTEOUS RELENTLESS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which include lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, we are not able to make any changes.
DELIVERY FAILED
If your order is returned to our facility by USPS or UPS due to any address discrepancies you will be completely refunded.
If your delivery fails and contains a sold out item we will invoice shipping fee to reship your order to the updated address if requested. Alternatively you can receive a refund for the cost of merchandise.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS “RETURN TO SENDER” WE WILL RESHIP THE ITEM TO UPDATED ADDRESS. HOWEVER, CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING INVOICE FOR THE SECOND DELIVERY ATTEMPT.
Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS or UPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.
OVERSOLD ITEMS
It is uncommon but under the unfortunate circumstance that an item has been oversold and we are not able to ship said item with your order you will be refunded for the missing item and the remainder of your order will ship. If your whole order consists of that one item you will be refunded shipping also.
URGENT PROCESSING
rgent processing guarantees that your order will be processed before any general orders from that date. It does not guarantee a faster delivery time.
Could I Return My Order
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If approve by our team, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at righteousrelentless@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception within 7 days and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product-specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We strive to provide high-quality products, but if there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to discuss a resolution. Price Changes?
Due to inflation that's going on in our country all prices for our products are subject to change without notice to keep us a float and still push our the great commission through clothing.
The price your order was purchased and confirmed for is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted.
What Payments do you take?
We take all major credit card payments, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Also, we offer four split payment option with some of the well-known companies like Sezzle, Klarna, Affirm, Zip, and Afterpay.
I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.
Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.
This applies to Free Shipping discount codes.
